Advantages of containerized water treatment equipment

Equipment usage
Condensate polishing system is used to remove suspended solids, colloids, corrosion products and oil in condensate. It is mainly used to remove iron and silicon from condensate during unit start-up, so as to shorten unit operation time. In addition, the larger particles were removed.
Structural principle
The filter is a straight cylinder with stainless steel structure. The internal filter element is tubular, the filter element skeleton is made of 316 stainless steel, and the filtration accuracy of filter material is 3 ~ 10 μ M. The water enters the tube bundle from the filter, flows through the filter material, and the impurities are intercepted on the filter material, and the water flows into the hole, and the water in the tube bundle converges to the outside of the filter. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value, the filter needs to be backwashed. The water enters the pipe from the bottom outlet to backwash the filter material, and the drainage is discharged from the water inlet (opposite to the flow direction of the running water).
