To respond to the requirement of “ the collectivize development” by the board of directors, we established Engineering Management Center (Engineering Company) in June 2014. The Engineering Company is subordinate to Shandong Sunhe Power Technology Co., Ltd. and is the main branch of Sunhe Power. The center is composed of finance department, budget department, engineering department, technology department, comprehensive office and technical training institution of power engineering. And its main businesses are installation, debugging and maintenance of thermal power plants and nuclear power stations.
Technical training institutions have employed dozens of senior welding technicians, senior fitter technicians, senior electrician technicians, senior riveter technicians and senior crane technicians and have trained a large number of outstanding backbone talents for Sunhe Power and cooperative enterprises.
The engineering department is equipped with comprehensive strength, highly skilled construction team and well-equipped machinery. There are 28 managers, 6 national first-level and second-level builders, 4 senior engineers, more than 100 constructors in overseas and more than 130 construction equipment in this department. We consider new nuclear power project, thermal power project, chemical engineering project, mining mechanical and electrical project and maintenance and technical renovation project in power plant as the lead. We also has contracted dozens of 600MW and 300MW domestic auxiliary power projects and maintenance and repair projects of conventional islands in China nuclear system and CGN system in recent years. Installation, debugging and overhaul projects mainly include the water treatment system of the conventional islands of nuclear power plants, fuel transport system of thermal power plants, pneumatic ash conveying system, slag removal system, dust-removal system, desulfurization and denitration system, chemical water treatment system, boiler and auxiliary system, steam engine system and auxiliary system, air and flue gas system, coal pulverizing system and commercial water treatment engineering。
In the past year, high-quality prototype projects and excellent projects undertaken by us include Water tank EPC project in Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 3 #, projects of desalination tank, ultrafiltration water tank, freshwater tank EPC in Huadian Fengjie Thermal Power Plant, anti-corrosion and insulation project and polyurea spraying project in Xudabao Nuclear Power Plant, construction project of Hushan uranium mine pipeline lining in Namibia, projects of demolition, design, manufacture and installation of acid storage tanks in Guangdong Yudean Zhuhai Power Plant. The qualified rate of these projects is 100%, the excellent and good rate is 53%, and the safety accident rate is zero.
