Modified abrasion-resistant rubber pipes are a new kind of anti-corrosive and abrasion-resistant product developed by our company based on plastic-dipped technology. Taking metal pipes and equipment as the base material, such pipes are rubber-dipped composite pipes, element containers made through special technological process and unique formulation as well as advanced rubber-dipped technology. This technology fills the gap of “applying rubber-dipped technology” to preventing metal corrosion and solves a major problem in the field of anti-corrosion. They are widely used as pipes for chemical water treatment in power plants, abrasion resistance of mines, dust transport and chemical fluid transportation.
Features
1 This product is formed by dipping and injecting modified rubber powder, with no rubber plate for adhesion; free from seam, connection section and vulcanization, formed by one time.
2 The interior wall is smooth with excellent abrasion resistance, non-hydrophilic performance and impact resistant. This product is suitable for transporting fluids containing particles.
3 It has excellent abrasion resistance, which is 3 to 10 times of that of ordinary rubber-lined pipes. Compared with ordinary rubber-lined and plastic-lined pipes, this product is not brittle but has elastic memory, abrasion resistance and many other advantages.

Product performance
Abrasion resistant: Modified abrasion-resistant rubber pipes have better abrasion resistance. The result of Akron abrasion test: 0.08cm3/1.61km.
Abrasion resistance of modified abrasion resistant rubber and different plastics are as shown in the table below:

Product application
Modified abrasion-resistant rubber pipes are widely applied as various abrasion-resistant and anti-corrosion pipes for transport of seawater with sedimentary particles and desulfurization system, water treatment anti-corrosion pipes and pipes for metallurgical ash removal.
